I am a PhD student, affiliated to the Max Plank Tandem Group and the Millennium Nucleus of Planet Formation (NPF) at Universidad de Valparaíso in Chile. Since 2019 I am working at the European Southern Observatory (ESO) in Chile under the ESO Studentship program.

My thesis project is based on the use of high resolution techniques for multiplicity studies in the young nearby stellar associations within the SACY sample. On one side, I work on survey/population studies. My last project was the update of the SB fraction in the SACY sample (ADS). On the other side, I am interested in using high resolution techniques to resolve the orbital parameters of binary or multiple system and determine their dynamical masses. Currently I am working on HD 98800, a quadruple pre-main sequence system member of the 10-Myr old TW Hydrae association. I am using VLTI/PIONIER observations to obtain astrometric measurements of both subsystem (AaAb and BaBb) which, in combination with radial velocity measurements, allows us to fully characterise this interesting hierarchical system.
