Each desktop computer in the tutorial room upstairs is ready for you with a 'linux' account (no password). ---+++ Data Once you start using one workstation, we advise you to keep working with the same computer in order to keep access to your previous data. %X% Please note that there is __NO BACKUP__ at all performed on desktops, so it is __UP TO YOU__ to take care of your data !!! Tutorials data are either available in: * ==/home/linux/== * ==/school/data/== * ==/school/tutorials/== Some files could also be shared through the network in ==/home/nfsShare/== ---+++ Scientific Software All the school-related software are pre-installed in ==/school/soft/==. Everything should work out of the box, without further configuration !
