Apr 2010   FXBTORM, FXBHELP, FXBFIND, FXBPARSE - Stop using obsolete !ERR
                system variable (and maintain GDL compatibility) 

Apr-2010: FXBCREATE - Fixed rare truncation of FITS header when updating 
                        THEAP keyword

Feb 2009: FXBWRITM, FXBADDCOL - Now work with unsigned integers

Jan  2008: FXWRITE - Now has /APPEND keyword to append to existing FITS files
             FXHMAKE - Now has /XTENSION keyword to specify header is for an
                       image extension.
             FXBWRITM - Now allows output table to have TSCAL/TZERO keyword 
                       values, unless new /NOSCALE keyword is set       
             FXBREADM - Now recognizes unsigned integer scalings, and scalings
                       can be either float or double precision.

	       - FXBPARSE - performance increase by (1) using START keyword to
                           FXPAR (2) using FXBFIND instead of multiple FXPARs 

	       - FXBTFORM - performance increase on calls to FXPAR using START
                           keyword

28 Sep 1997     - Modified FXBREAD to call WHERE_NEGZERO (since IEEE -0.0 
                  values are not handled well under VMS)
