Among them:
a2p2, a python tool to generate the Observing Block of your observatory proposal (VLTI case up-to-now) directly from Aspro2 to the proposal data base (ESO phase 2 up-to-now). Easy introduced by a short visual tutorial.

OITools,
a java library dedicated to read/write OIFits files.
For example, one of these OITools, with a shell command line, allows to operate selections by target, insname, night, wavelengths, baseline or mjd, and to create filtered OIFits files, which you need for the data processing.
